Now it's time to register your product for warranty coverage. By doing so, you will also be entitled to seek support for any technical problem you may have with your machine. Once a problem has been logged by the Hot Line, you will be able to monitor the status of your repair requests going forward.
In this section you'll find how to register your products (Gdium Liberty and G-Key) as well as how to monitor your request for material repair.
Where to register products and manage repair requestsRegistering products is accessible from the 'Account' tab located on the menu bar on top of the page. Then click on the 'My Products' tab.

Add addressYou have to enter your address before registering your product. If you haven't registered any product yet, click on any of the links on the page 'My Products' accessed from the 'Account' tab. You will be routed to the 'Address' form where some fields are already pre-filled, i.e. country of residence and e-mail address. Once your address is saved, you will get your unique Support ID number that will allow our Support Team to identify you and your products. This Support ID is always accessible from your 'My Products' page.

Register productTo register a Gdium Liberty enter its Serial Number (S/N). The S/N is located at the back of the casing, under the Part Number and above the barcode.
Likewise, enter the S/N of the G-Key, located on a sticker on one side of the key. Enter the date of purchase, the place and the country where you bought your machine.
